Haisen is currently working on Contemporary China Studies Programme, School of Interdisciplinary Area Studies, and his main area of interest is (Hinduism) Eastern Religions and International Development of China and India.

Zhao is pursuing Buddhist Studies at the Oriental Institute having received a BA in Philosophy at Peking University.

Ka-Kin is working towards a DPhil in Social and Cultural Anthropology. His research interests currently focus on two topics: a longitudinal ethnographic study of Sikhs in Hong Kong, and a second topic relating to Indian textile traders in China.
